We are excited to announce the close of our Series B investment round, led by Costanoa Venture Capital. We have secured a total $11.23 million in funding, to scale ChatID and offer more experiences to enhance the customer purchase journey.

Neill Occhiogrosso, Greg Sands and the Costanoa team are an extraordinary group of people with a track record of success in scaling high-growth SaaS and commerce-focused companies like ChatID. Their expertise and experience will be instrumental in achieving our mission to connect consumers directly to any brand across every retail channel.
We are also thrilled to announce that Neill Occhiogrosso from Costanoa will be joining our board. Neill has extensive experience with tech startups since 1998 and has worked in various capacities at two enterprise software startups.
Since closing our Series A in 2014, we’ve experienced 260% growth in total clients, brought two products to market, and created a network of retailers and brands that include four of the Fortune 50, seven of the Fortune 100, and two of the Top 5 US retailers. FirstMark Capital and Mack Capital, lead investors from our Seed and Series A rounds, also participated in our Series B round. We’re thrilled to continue on the journey with Amish and Ralph as ChatID continues to grow both in the US and internationally.
What does this mean for ChatID?
This latest round means we will accelerate operational scale and continue to deliver unrivaled consumer conversations on behalf of our existing clients. In 2016, we’ll continue to expand our growth of client acquisition, not only in North America but also moving into the European market with our range differentiated products.
