ChatID proudly welcomes our new Chief Operating Officer and President, Mark Riggs, to the team! Riggs comes to the company with an extensive background in consulting, technology and e-commerce. His command of the industry will be a driving force for ChatID as we continue to expand our network.
Having recently served as the Chief Client Officer, and General Manager of EMEA for Bazaarvoice, Riggs’ 21 years of experience will accelerate predictable growth, compliance, and scale of ChatID’s operations. “Mark brings energy, experience, and knowledge to ChatID, and we are thrilled to have him join the team. He is a very talented leader with a deep understanding of our market and clients’ needs" says our CEO and Founder, Dan Herman.
His three former companies, Business Objects, Endeca Technologies, and Bazaarvoice, experienced major success resulting in acquisitions by SAP, Oracle, and an IPO, respectively. We are looking forward to having Riggs oversee the marketing, sales, services, and engineering teams.
